Customer Journey Coordinators are located at each station and travel on metro services during peak times, should you need assistance. If a staff member is not available to assist you at the station, you can use the Help Points, which are located on all metro services, stations and station car parks. For general assistance, press the blue information button and for an emergency, press the green button for your call to be prioritised by a staff member in the Operational Control Centre.
